All of them start from the same principle: know you first, plan afterwards. What changes is how far our work extends into the trip itself.
Upper Essential
from 540 €
Personal planning for those who want to explore Madrid independently, with well-informed decisions behind them.

The full itinerary plus our presence during your stay, to adjust whatever the trip asks for.

Upper Concierge

Planning, reservations, coordination and priority assistance. You decide, we carry it out.

- Full management of the trip's diary
- Restaurant bookings, tickets and private visits
- Recommending and arranging drivers and transfers, which you contract directly
- Coordination with your hotel and with suppliers
- Special requests and the details of an occasion
- Daily oversight of the schedule
- Priority support throughout your stay
Does not include
- A guide with you full time, unless specifically engaged
- Services delivered directly by third parties, which we coordinate rather than perform
- Transport, accommodation and third party services contracted or invoiced in our name
Ideal for: Travellers used to a high level of service, full schedules, trips with little room for error.

Upper Bespoke

A complete project for significant trips, longer stays or groups that need to be built from the ground up.

- A project designed from scratch, with no pre-set structure
- Multigenerational families and small private groups
- Celebrations, honeymoons, milestone birthdays and proposals
- Executives, delegations and programmes for accompanying partners
- Madrid combined with other Spanish cities
- Coordination of multiple suppliers and a detailed schedule
- One point of contact throughout
Does not include
- A fixed fee before the scope has been defined
Ideal for: Complex trips, dates that matter, groups of six people or more.
Lead time: 8 to 12 weeks ahead
The four levels are a starting point, not a cage
One day, two, five, a week. A single afternoon. One dinner, done properly. If what you want does not match any of the levels above, describe it in your own words and we will design around what you asked for.
Every request outside the table is quoted individually, with a fixed price before any commitment. There is no menu and no calculator: there is a conversation and, after it, a proposal made for your trip.
What to know before engaging us.
The itinerary arrives as a digital document, organised day by day, with times, addresses, distances and practical notes. On the services that include assistance, we are on WhatsApp during the trip, within the hours agreed.
Upper Essential starts at 540 € and Upper Assist at 890 €, for trips of up to five days, taxes included. Concierge and Bespoke are quoted according to length, complexity, group size and level of assistance, and we always send a fixed quotation before any commitment. Our fees pay for our work alone. Third party costs, such as restaurants, tickets, guides, transport and accommodation, are not included, are paid by you directly to each supplier, and are set out separately in the proposal.
The earlier, the more options. As a guide: 3 weeks for the Upper Essential, 4 for Upper Assist, 6 for Upper Concierge and 8 to 12 weeks for Upper Bespoke. In high season, over holidays and around major events, we suggest allowing more. Shorter notice is considered case by case, depending on the diary.
We do not promise what is not ours to promise. We work well ahead, we know the houses, and we always offer alternatives of the same standard. When a particular table is not possible on your date, you hear it clearly and in good time.
Madrid is where our knowledge runs deepest, and it is where we provide local assistance. We organise day trips across central Spain, including Toledo, Segovia, Ávila, El Escorial, Aranjuez and nearby wine country. Trips combined with other Spanish cities are possible under Upper Bespoke.
Yes. One round of revisions is included at every level of service. Later changes, or structural changes to the trip, may carry an additional cost, always agreed beforehand. During your stay, adjustments are simply part of the service on the levels that include assistance.
Fees are paid in two instalments: 50 per cent on approval of the proposal and 50 per cent up to 7 days before arrival. The full plan is delivered before the second instalment falls due. If plans change, the trip can be moved once at no cost, with at least 7 days' notice, to a date within 12 months. If you cancel, the refund is calculated on the work already delivered rather than on the date of cancellation, and is set out in the service terms. Bookings, tickets and third party services follow each supplier's own cancellation policy, which we set out at the time of booking.
A limited number each season, and no more than two Concierge engagements running in the same week. That is a deliberate decision: the quality of our work depends on real time given to each trip. Some dates are therefore unavailable, and we turn work down when the diary would not let us do it properly.
